Rev. Bunton also pastors Mt. Pisgah Baptist in Wilkes County and is married to Pamela. He is a graduate of Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia and has been the Executive Director for ECCCM since April, 1998. 

Rev. Bunton is a certified Counselor under the American Association of Pastoral Counseling and has served as pastor to churches in Alexander, Catawba, Iredell and Wilkes Counties. 

Rev. Bunton serves in Catawba County on the following boards:

• President - Rotary Club of Newton - Conover
• President - Crisis Response Intervention System (CRIS)
• Co-Chair - Catawba County Christmas Bureau
• Advisory Council - Citizens Corps Council of Catawba County
• Advisory Council - Catawba County Access to Medical Health Care Initiative

• Co-Chairman, Catawba County Christmas Bureau
• Emergency Food and Shelter Program (FEMA) Past Chairman
• Catawba County Housing Coalition Member
• Citizens Corps Council of Catawba County
• Vice-President Newton-Conover Rotary Club
• Catawba County Access to Medical Health Care Initiative Member

Staff

Staff consists of seven full-time and six part-time employees and 65 wonderful volunteers who assist the staff on a regular basis.
